Services

From Booking to Delivery

  1. 1

    Book your shipment

Getting started is simple. Book your shipment online using our booking form or give us a call. Just let us know what you're sending, where it's being collected from, and where it's going in Ghana.

  2. 2

    We collect from your address

One of our drivers will collect your shipment directly from your home or business. Collection is free throughout London and the M25. If you're located outside this area, get in touch and we'll confirm whether collection is available and provide a quotation where applicable.

  3. 3

    Pack your items

Your shipment should be securely packed and ready for collection before our driver arrives. If you need packaging supplies first, we can deliver boxes and barrels in advance and arrange collection once you've finished packing. For helpful tips on protecting your items during transit, take a look at our Packing Guide.

  4. 4

We ship your goods to Ghana

Your shipment is transported using the service that best suits your needs. Sea freight typically takes 4–6 weeks, while air freight usually arrives within around 7 days, subject to destination and service availability.

  5. 5

    Delivery in Ghana

Once your shipment arrives in Ghana, our local team will deliver it to its final destination. Door-to-door delivery is available across most of the country, including Accra and Kumasi as standard. Deliveries outside these areas are available for an additional £10.

Our Core Service

Sea Freight

Sea freight is our most popular service, offering an affordable and reliable way to send goods from the UK to Ghana. We collect your items from your home or business, consolidate them into one of our shipping containers, and manage the entire journey through to delivery in Ghana.

Unlike many freight companies, our containers depart regularly—approximately every five days—meaning you won't have to wait for a single monthly sailing. Typical transit time is 4–6 weeks.

We also offer a range of specialist sea freight services, including:

  • Full container loads (FCL) for customers shipping larger volumes of goods.
  • Roll-on/Roll-off (RoRo) vehicle shipping for cars and other vehicles.
  • Port-to-port container shipping for commercial customers who arrange collection in Ghana themselves.

For business customers, we can collect directly from suppliers, warehouses or commercial premises before preparing your shipment for export.

What Can Be Shipped

We can ship a wide range of personal, household and commercial goods to Ghana, including clothing, furniture, appliances, electronics, food items and trade goods. In general, if an item is legal to transport, we can usually ship it.

The main exception is liquids, which must be packed and shipped separately from other items to prevent leaks or spillages from damaging the rest of your shipment. If you're unsure whether a particular item can be shipped, simply get in touch and our team will be happy to advise.

How Pricing Works

We believe pricing should be simple and transparent.

Unlike many freight companies, our sea freight service is priced per item rather than by weight or volume, making it easier to estimate the cost of your shipment before you book.

Common items such as boxes, barrels, televisions, household appliances, furniture, mattresses, bicycles and food items all have fixed shipping prices. Anything outside our standard price list will be assessed and quoted when we collect your shipment.

Our minimum shipment values are:

  • Sea freight: £80
  • Air freight: £130
